Y-LASER is pleased to share a new delivery of a high-repetition-rate few-cycle femtosecond source: the HELIOS-40W-HP high-power Yb femtosecond master laser integrated with the HYPERION-G-HE multi-pass cell post-compressor. Starting from 43.8 W, 217.5 fs, and 438 µJ at 100 kHz, the system compresses the pulse to 36.2 fs while delivering 38 W average power, 380 µJ pulse energy, 95% transmission, 10.5 GW peak power, and 0.064% RMS stability over 24 hours. This Yb + MPC platform provides a stable and scalable driver for high-harmonic generation, EUV/VUV coherent sources, attosecond science, TR-ARPES, strong-field physics, and ultrafast electron diffraction.

Room-Temperature THz Source Breaks 0.4 % Conversion Efficiency in LiNbO₃--Y-LASER HELIOS-20W-HE Enables mJ-Class Short-Pulse Pumping at 10 kHz
Record 0.4% THz conversion efficiency & 51.7 mW average power — achieved by BUAA's Prof. Xiaojun Wu team using the HELIOS-20W-HE as the stable pump source (2 mJ / 226 fs / 10 kHz / 0.12% RMS over 24h), with AURORA-H-HP OPA delivering the <55 fs EOS probe (650–2600 nm tuning) and HYPERION-G MPC enabling 249 fs → 33.4 fs compression at 93% throughput. The reflective echelon route decisively outperforms gratings under short-pulse, mJ-class conditions — a systematic benchmark that moves strong-field THz from lab bottleneck toward engineering deployment.

As femtosecond platforms continue scaling toward the kilowatt level, Y-LASER is committed to building reliable, industrial-grade laser infrastructure for frontier science and advanced photonics.

Full-Spectrum Femtosecond OPA — From 315 nm UV to 10 µm Deep Mid-IR on a Single Optical Table
We are excited to share Y-LASER’s latest full-spectrum femtosecond OPA platform, designed for next-generation ultrafast spectroscopy. Driven by a single HELIOS-20W-HP femtosecond master laser, this system integrates dual AURORA-HP OPAs with SHG and DFG modules to deliver continuously tunable femtosecond output from 315 nm UV to 4.3 µm mid-IR, with a clear modular path toward 10 µm deep mid-IR. By enabling independent UV/Vis, NIR, MIR, and deep-MIR beamlines on one optical table, the platform supports advanced studies in transient absorption, pump-probe spectroscopy, 2D-IR, perovskite solar cells, organic photovoltaics, semiconductor dynamics, and catalytic interfaces. This delivery marks an important step toward making full-spectrum ultrafast spectroscopy more integrated, stable, and accessible for frontier research labs.
